THE RECESSION DRESS
The paper "RECESSION" dress was designed for the exhibit SAVE FASHION in Tokyo, Japan. The concept is to provide unique pieces for women at an affordable cost. The paper dress was very popular during the great depression and later on embraced by Andy Warhol as a collaboration with the Cambell's soup company, when Andy created the soup can dress. The paper dress is silk screened with the CLS signature print created for SAVE FASHION. The print is available on cotton t-shirt dresses and men's t-shirts in Tokyo.
